Business Philosophy:
Surround myself with brilliant people and stay out of their way.
Management:
Works from bottom up. Management reacts to change rather than resist it.
History:
Thirty years in Lake County. Children and Grandchildren reside here. They are working for DEB today. We are here for the long haul.
Vision;
Create an opportunity for the young people in our community. Stimulate the local business community by employing locally. Create independent utility with a network of “Solar Farms” engendering a “New Agribusiness” for the community, by the community. As it currently stands there is not the political will to make this possible.
Motivation:
25% of all profits will go to the Wineski Foundation, In honor of my late wife, the little girl from Saint Paul….
